Allie Hughes, MPA is one of the Bay Area’s rising premier leaders in government affairs, public policy and community empowerment. With over 7 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Allie has showcased expertise at building bridges between businesses, community leaders and elected officials at every level of government. Currently serving as the Government Affairs Manager for Canyon Snow Consulting, Allie brings experience in government processes, legislation and policy analysis, and a passion for finding long-term, sustainable solutions with stakeholders.

Allie volunteers her time as a Member on the Board of Directors for SOMOS Mayfair and is working with the California Legislature to create a statewide California Commission on LGBTQ+ Affairs. She earned dual undergraduate degrees from Santa Clara University and graduated with honors from San Jose State University with her Master’s in Public Administration.
