Neil is a full-time social justice organizer in the South Bay with Working Partnerships USA and leader of Cupertino for All–a grassroots nonprofit focused on reimagining and desegregating our suburbs via affordable housing options and reducing our reliance on cars. He is also the Political Director of the Silicon Valley Young Democrats and a former board member of the Silicon Valley Stonewall Democrats. He is passionate about developing young leaders in the local community—such that they can become effective agents of change.
Neil received his B.A. in political science and public policy from the University of California, Berkeley and an A.A from De Anza College, where he received a Certificate in Leadership and Social Change. He also assisted the regional effort to pass Prop 15, and though unsuccessful, Santa Clara County was one of the best performing in California.
Neil is also a competitive gamer (mostly fighting games); he enjoys rollerblading, writing, drinking coffee with friends, running, and reading.
